Whenever, i tapped on preview, all i can see is their stupid membership pitch, instead of how my profile is actually looking. Addition to that, even after tapping trillion billion times on the home icon, i was not redirected.. Cx support is by the worse I’ve seen. It’s absolute garbage of an app, They are charging ₹11K for annual plan but after you subscribe you will get known that you can view 140 contacts only within your subscription period. The worst part of the whole experience is you just can’t send request to anyone you will have to send message to each and every profile on their app. It’s a complete waste of money and time. I joined the platform with genuine expectations of finding a suitable match, but unfortunately, I did not get the kind of response or experience I expected. The biggest problem is lack of response from people/profiles. Whether you are using the app before taking a subscription or after paying for a subscription, there is hardly any difference in terms of getting responses. You may send interests, requests, or messages to multiple profiles, but most of them simply do not respond. This makes the entire purpose of using a matrimonial platform questionable. What is more disappointing is that after purchasing a paid subscription, there is no significant improvement in the experience. As a paying customer, I expected better communication opportunities, more genuine interactions, and some meaningful results. Instead, it feels like you are simply paying for access to features, while there is no assurance that the other person will actually respond or engage with you. I understand that nobody can be forced to accept a proposal or reply to a message. However, when a platform charges a considerable amount for its services, it should provide a better and more effective matchmaking experience. The platform should also focus more on active and genuine profiles rather than simply increasing the number of profiles available. Overall, I feel that the subscription is not worth the money if the main objective is to get genuine responses and meaningful communication. Before taking a subscription, users should carefully consider this aspect. If you don’t pay, they won’t seem to care much about your profile. Once you subscribe, they start calling you and pushing you to upgrade to even higher packages. If you say no, they will change your partner preferences to unrealistic and unmatchable ones and mark them as compulsory, so suitable people may not find or contact you. This happened to me. My suggestion: just create your profile, keep checking your notifications, and let genuine people contact you directly. Don’t get excited seeing the first interest you receive and pay immediately. They are playing games with us even though we are paid subscribers. If and when I decide to subscribe, I’ll reach out myself. Right now, I’m only exploring the platform to understand the kind of profiles available. Despite informing your team multiple times, the calls continue, which has become quite frustrating. Their focus appears to be on assisted service rather than matches through the app. It is a business strategy that is not good for the customers ### 1/5 — Fraud and Fake Profiles *2026-05-31* Stay away from this Fraud Application. It genuinely feels like fake profiles are being created and managed by the matrimony team itself. These profiles conveniently accept interests sent by users, which pushes customers into purchasing a membership. But once the membership is taken and the profile contact details are unlocked, the same profiles either reject calls, keep calls unanswered, or never reply to messages on WhatsApp at all. I purchased a 3-month plan costing ₹9,676 because one girl had accepted my interest while I was not a paid member, and I believed I would be able to speak to her directly after taking the subscription. However, after purchasing the membership, the same profile kept rejecting my calls or leaving them unanswered, with no response to my WhatsApp messages either. Then, within a couple of days, one of your agent called aggressively promoting the “assistance service,” which costs an additional ₹11,000. The moment I refused, my account suddenly started showing profiles without pictures. Hilarious. It honestly feels like this entire process is intentionally designed to pressure users into purchasing additional paid services rather than genuinely helping them find matches. I have already purchased a 3-month subscription worth ₹9,676. They gave subscription for random regional matrimony and mentioning that they can’t change it. I raised immediately with customer service and each member is saying different thing. Atlest you should give a free trail for a day or a limited contacts. Felt so expensive. ### 1/5 — Fraud from BM members and BM creating fraud profile *2026-05-08, version 13.1* maybe 8th, to say the latest, the BM has come up with a new plan to scam the public by doing restrictions on send interest and 24hours request is a bigger scam as no proper testing is done on how 24hour works!! Developer just created it for the name sake and it does not works how it suppose to work, shameless! And Bm internal members are still working with 3rd party to get the contacts and then the 3rd party reaches out directly on WhatsApp. Such a scam on BM and this can be done only by their internal members!!! BM Internal members are creating fraud profiles now and frauding and cheating the customers into getting premium and rating for BM is a paid one which will always says high… High level fraud from BM… 12000+ fraud profile reported nothing done from BM,,, they are working with 3rd party to cheat the customer into getting premium ### 1/5 — Worst Experience with Customer Support *2026-05-02* The person called me and asked me for paid membership, but I told him right now I’ll not go for paid membership, then he told me that should he cancel the interest that I’ve sent to the matches? I asked why would he do that. So, he said if I’m not going for paid membership then he’ll cancel the interests that I’ve sent and also he mentioned that unlog ko bhi pata chalna chahiye ki aap unme interested nahi ho… I mean what kind of behaviour is that?? Now there are 4 main concerns here: 1. Security Concern: There is no security, they can do whatever they wanna do with your information (IMPORTANT). 2. They just asks for money without even telling the benefits because I don’t know if they will provide or not according to their behaviour. 3. They don’t even introduce themselves or give information about themselves when they talk to you. 4. Security Concern: They use some random phone number to call you. You’ve surely lost one customer and also I’ll not recommend to anybody download this app for matrimonial purposes.
