The app may advertise affordable rates, but the final amount often turns out to be much higher than expected. What makes it worse is the lack of transparency in pricing. Despite paying such high fares, the quality of service is not noticeably better than other platforms. And i was unable to add any stop (the button didnt work) through the app and the driver could also not do anything and refused to start the untill the stop was added.
