When I pressed Submit button, I am getting an OTP, but there is no option to enter it and user registration is no happening. ### 1/5 — App crashes after registering *2026-02-05* After taking the phone number, email ID and OTP, the app doesn’t load. Looks like some teething issue, hope the developers fix this soon and bring this much-needed app to market without any bugs. Update: this is a scam app and not the official Bharat Taxi app. It may be trying to gather user information illegally. Please uninstall. Received an OTP through WhatsApp but no place to enter the OTP! Screen remains on sign up page itself. I tried to login using my credentials. Says I don’t have an account. This is not just frustrating — it’s concerning because the app already has my data, yet I can’t even access my own account or use any feature. There’s no clear communication on how user information is handled or secured. For an app that requests sensitive details, this kind of instability and lack of reliability is unacceptable. I’m deeply disappointed and would strongly advise others to stay away until these issues are fixed and data privacy is taken seriously.
