Currently, the “Update Balance” feature is not available on iOS devices. However, you can use an AVM machine at the nearest metro station to update the balance. We have also shared your feedback with the concerned team for consideration in future updates. ### 1/5 — Total scam *2026-05-10* Loaded the card with balance but when tried to update it using EVM it is not updating and the person at metro station is also not able to update the balance. It’s total scam, my biggest mistake was I purchased the card without reading reviews. Total scam don’t fall for this scam guys. The developer should look into this. I don’t see the point of visiting avm when the whole point of the card is contactless. Please look into this. One major issue which I faced is the online balance and the offline balance has a huge diffrence everytime which causes to recharge the card as per prefered amount. The app just says that I have to choose a upi option,but there are no options available… Seeing how many people seem to be facing issues with the card balance not updating or card being unuseable on metros and buses, I think I’m going to give this a skip until it’s more functional, which will probably take a year or longer. The amount was successfully debited, and the updated balance is clearly visible in the app. However, when I went to the metro station and tapped the card on the terminal to complete the top-up/update process, the system simply did not update the balance on the card. The terminal froze and the amount never reflected on the actual card, making it unusable for travel. The staff at the station also said something seemed wrong with the system. I contacted customer support, but instead of resolving the issue, they kept asking routine questions without offering a real solution. When I requested a refund for the failed update, it was refused. If the app shows the balance but the card cannot actually be used in the metro, the whole purpose is defeated.
