Better let the customers know which all cards do you accept. ### 1/5 — Sad to say goodbye, Very high transaction fees. *2023-12-20, version 3.4.0* I have used this app for more than 2 years, I have trust with BHARATNXT, at the beginning, convenience fee in Oct-2022 was very low 0.99% + GST for classic pay, but after that in Apr-2023 they increased fees to 1.35% + GST, and now from Oct-2023 they are charging fees of 2.5% + GST. It is a very high fees for us to pay. I will recommend not to use the app and there are many gateways that gives better rate for us. ### 1/5 — Too much charges *2023-10-19, version 3.3.8* They are charging too much for rent pyment as a part of business. 1.89% and gst will be huge for next business day and in addition to that banks are now charging rental charges and we are not even getting reward points for the transactions done on bharatnxt. There are many options like freecharge or housing when you compare with bharatnxt. Even they don’t refund the amount which they deduct while verifying card. In every other app they deduct 1 or 2rs to save card and they will refund but these guys are not refunding. So dot use this app. I did transactions 8th March, 2025 by choosing 60 minutes settlement but it is still pending. This is very bad and risky, I would like to request you all to report this app. And write your review. ### 1/5 — Creditcards bill payment issue *2024-11-15, version 3.5.0* I add my creditcards on your bharatnxt app but creditcard bill pay option not showing on screen. I have mail this issue on your mail id but no one revert on mail. They are the only ones in the market who transfer funds from a credit card to a bank account with pretty affordable charges. Currently, no other app in the market is as reliable as BharatNXT. Great job! My only complaint is regarding the reward amount after transfer. Although you transfer a big amount, the reward points are less compared to the amount. Therefore, that's the only thing they should look into.
