As per BharatPay’s policy, only email validations are considered valid. However, the executive assured me over a phone call and WhatsApp that she would assist with waiving part of the interest since I had lost my job and couldn’t pay my bill for two months. She asked me to pay the remaining amount urgently, which I did. Despite this, no waiver was applied, and the full amount was still reflected in the app. I reached out to her multiple times via WhatsApp, but my messages were ignored. Finally, I contacted customer support, but they insisted on a valid email proof of the waiver. How can I provide an email when the communication was conducted over a phone call and WhatsApp? This experience has been frustrating and has undermined my trust in your services. I hope you can address this issue and ensure such incidents are prevented in the future. ### 1/5 — Terrible Experience - Unreliable and Intrusive *2024-07-28* I had a very disappointing experience with Postpe. Despite having an approved limit, I found it extremely difficult to utilise the funds. The app constantly faced technical issues, making it impossible to access the credit. Additionally, the customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. What was even more concerning was their intrusive behavior. They reached out to my office and colleagues on LinkedIn without my consent, which was highly unprofessional and invasive. I would caution anyone considering this app to be aware of these issues. There are better, more reliable options out there. It felt like a scam, and I regret trusting them with my financial needs. ### 1/5 — An Utter Disaster: Avoid PostPe Lenden App at All Costs *2024-06-21* I don't even know where to begin with the sheer disappointment that is the PostPe Lenden App. This app is a nightmare from start to finish. Here are just a few of the myriad issues I faced: 1. **User Interface and Experience**: The interface looks like it was designed in the early 2000s and hasn't been updated since. It is cluttered, confusing, and downright ugly. Trying to navigate through the app is like trying to find your way out of a maze blindfolded. 2. **Performance**: The app crashes more often than it works. I can't count the number of times it froze, lagged, or outright refused to load. Every action takes ages, making even simple transactions a test of patience. 3. **Security Concerns**: I am seriously concerned about the security of this app. After entering my personal information, I started receiving spam messages and calls. I wouldn't be surprised if my data was being sold to third parties. 4. **Customer Support**: Non-existent would be an improvement over what they currently offer. Emails go unanswered, the support chat is always offline, and calling their helpline is a waste of time as it either disconnects or you get placed on hold indefinitely. 5. **Features**: The features they advertise are either missing or don't work properly. The promised seamless transactions are anything but seamless, and the app lacks basic functionalities that other similar apps offer effortlessly. 6. **Bugs and Glitches**: Bugs are rampant. From incorrect account balances to failed transactions that still deduct money, the list of issues is endless. It's clear that the developers didn't bother testing the app before releasing it. In conclusion, PostPe Lenden App is a disgrace. It is unreliable, insecure, and impossible to use effectively. Save yourself the headache and look for a better, more reliable alternative. This app is not worth your time, money, or data. ### 1/5 — Fraud app *2024-03-25* Hello everyone, please do not install this app, they will give you cashback in the app and later you cannot use the cashback, it is completely a fraud. ### 1/5 — Don’t opt for such applications *2024-02-17* According to me credit system is filth, the more you stay away the less stressed you are. Trust me, I understand that financial needs can come at any point in time. Being a responsible person you need to manage things out but when you are desperately in need and have no other option then opt for such NBFCs because these come with consequences. Their hidden charges are very lucrative and change every week (in an increasingly format). For some reason if you borrow funds from such applications ensure that you pay off under any circumstances. Remember to focus on the specific issue while maintaining a constructive tone for a more impactful review. ### 1/5 — Harrasment *2023-10-14* When they start calling they will call like today is the end of the world & they need repayment to be done today only. Overdue is another thing but before bill generates they will start sending the reminder messages on hourly basis & if you miss the date then they will call from every possible number. Also they will pick any random contact from our saved contacts & call them also & will speak unnecessary things as if that gonna repay there amount. They will never disclose postpe name & correct amount due. Speaking unnecessary words will not work instead you should try to understand customer’s situation, past payment track & act accordingly. Your respected representatives thing that if they hide the company name if won’t impact but it already did by that time. ### 1/5 — Worst App. Never recommended *2023-03-31* I have been using their services since last 1 year approx. I wanted to use their services as I don’t have a credit card. But they assigned me a limit of mere 1000 rupees and asked me to use for a few months and my limit will be revised. Still they haven’t revised it. And whenever I reach out, they say that since their lending partner has changed and policy has changed hence limit can’t be revised. I think their lending partner doesn’t have guts to lend properly other wise no institution will assign such a low limit to a person with a handsome salary and a good credit score. If there was a scope of giving negative stars, I could have given them few negative stars. Don’t ever go for this app. ### 1/5 — Horrid app *2023-03-06* NEVER use this app! I recently got scammed so I had to borrow money from this app, I made the payment before the due date and it showed up as a successful transaction then money was debited from my account but they still keep calling me to ask for the payment, asked me to share screenshots of the payment which I did on WhatsApp even after which the calls haven’t stopped. They payment still shows as pending in the post pay app and they keep sending me messages about how it will impact my credit score and that my account is “FROZEN” not ‘frozen’. It’s a useless app doesn’t even remember credit card details to pay bills you have to enter the amount every time and they say you’ll get cash back but there are a hundred terms and conditions which are not transparent.
