The BHECN Careers App The Behavioral Health Education Center of Nebraska (BHECN pronounced Beacon) in partnership with United HealthCare Foundation (UHC) developed the BHECN Careers App to assist students and early career professionals by giving them a platform to connect with mentors and supervisors across the state of Nebraska. It can be challenging to find a behavioral health mentor. The BHECN Careers App helps remove the distance barrier and encourages mentorship connections across the state. Among the variety of features, you can take a quiz to discover ideas for which BH careers you might want to learn more about. You can also follow the links to NEBHjobs.com and search for current job openings and post your resume. Also, connect with other students in the app and get help navigating your career path with experienced behavioral health professionals, among other resources. 2-Minute Discovery Quiz: Take the quiz to get an idea of what behavioral health careers you might want to consider.
