Can’t have both … it’s either website or mobile.

Can’t even login.

I can’t even login because the loginID created on the web is 6 characters long, but the app requires 8. No way to change ID on the web and customer “support” said “just use the web”. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

- pasted login from password manager fails (with no error). 
    - workaround: manually enter credentials
- contact information screen, unclear if second email and phone are, indeed, secondary contact or verification. (Note: they are secondary)
- loading icon on some screens is VERY slow and modal, meaning you can’t stop it or change screens
