I would urge people not to opt Adi’s bank at any point in time so later they face worst support. They take documents the application, initiate process but no end to end follow up. Impact our cibil for no reason and later they say due to a mistake from their team we have submit the documents again. Lacks with ownership and responsibility! Nandini, VenuGopal, Raghavendra n Raghu all this champs are worth a liability to your company. I was shocked to there responses to my questions as they promise it and next movement they forget it!! The customer care told that the app was upgrading and will be released again on 15 Sep 2023, now also the upgraded version has the same problems of the older one ### 1/5 — Not able to make payment *2023-09-12, version 3.4.21* Hi, I have been using this Axis BHIM pay app for more than 4 yrs and was working fine so far. Im and iPhone user with iOS 16.6.1. Recently I have updated the app to v3.4.21, post which I’m not able to make any transaction. First of all I don’t receive any payment request notification and I had to login and manually refresh the app to view the request. Secondly when I try to make the payment of the request, the ‘Proceed to Pay’ button is not at submitting or triggering any functionality. Eventually the payment the request is getting expired as the time limit exceeds. Also the ‘check Balance’ feature in Home Screen is not functioning The whole purpose of having such payment app is lost. I even tried reaching out to the customer care fr raising the same issue. And they recommended me to use Gpay with same UPI which is not going to work. Team, Pls act immediately and fix the bugs before you lose your customer. Please register again. I don’t know why is it giving such error. Tried to reinstall app many times but not working for me. Even I have contacted bank officials but they are not able to resolve this issue. I don’t know what App development team as my experience is worst with Axis UPI app. Unable to approve any UPI payment and no balance check. App is not working properly. Poor experience with this app. Could you please release some bug fixes/ hot fixes or App updates so al least we can perform sole basis tasks? ### 1/5 — USA Mobile Support *2025-10-29, version 3.4.28* When you try to activate the service on USA issued mobiles, it is trying verify the mobile number by sending an activation message to the “local” number as if it is an India issued mobile number. It is a basic common sense to include country code when trying to send a verification message. How hard it is to include +91 in front of a delivery address for verification messages. PhonePe figured it out! ### 1/5 — UPI registration keeps failing *2025-10-12* In spite of directly connecting to the wireless network and sending SMS from registered phone number, it keeps saying send the SMS from 10 digit phone number!. Tried all settings bye from iPhone and it still doesn’t work.
