DLB has stopped onboarding users for this app

Its been annoying that I am not able to login after the app version update two months before. I tried reinstalling and still the same. Server error is showing. Now when I reinstalled my upi ID is gone. 
Any updates to fix this?

App crashes even when try to add new upi address, I know it’s a new app but developer must do many updates to improve the quality
