## What is BHL Consultants P & F Sdn Bhd?

BHL PROPERTY CONSULTANTS started as a humble property consultant since 1998 in Malaysia. Our premise is situated in Penang, Malaysia.

Our Property Management Division provides services within Penang island and Seberang Perai and our experienced workforce have covered major aspects in the various management field such as real estate valuations for loans and mortgages, insurance, sales and purchase balance sheets, and corporate purposes, taxation, compulsory purchase, arbitration, planning, and other purposes.

Our experienced team is able to offer a comprehensive management package for the widest range of properties. Such a scheme can include a collection of rent and service charges, serving of those notices required under the terms of occupational leases; negotiation of rent reviews and lease renewals; ensuring by regular inspection that both landlords’ and tenants’ covenants are complied with; the employment and supervision of any property. We report to and liaise with the client on a regular basis and can when required, offer advice on allied matters including lease construction, insurance, town planning, statutory controls, and structural condition.
