After being encouraged by my Superintendent to instal the BHP portal then this BHP app, the App then instructed me to change my 4 digit pin to a 6 digit passcode   
After which my phone no longer accepts any passcode and is now disabled and I've lost my photos, contacts, cryptocurrency access, can not use my phone at all and so much more. 
NOT HAPPY!
