Part of the reason I bought travel insurance through Travelex was to have access to their app. However, it will not open. It tries to, but just starts to begin and then shuts off. So disappointing. I need this app to work in 2 weeks for our trip. Please fix!!!

Downloaded the app since I needed to start a claim. The app is easy to use and allowed to quickly start the claim.

Haven’t tried yet but it seems that it also allows to upload documents needed for the claim
