The repeated requirement for Huddle adds an extra step and can make accessing services more difficult instead of simpler. The app also does not feel very human-friendly or intuitive, especially for users who may not be very familiar with digital services. There is also excessive reliance on Smart Login credentials, which can make the process unnecessarily complicated. NDI should focus on making the platform simple, accessible, user-friendly, and convenient.
