Tried several times. It’s simple a bug waste of our time and your investment. Sad to see such project failing by DHI. It fails to provide the foundational ID, which is the most basic requirement of the app. I reached out to customer service via email, but received no response. I also called the helpline, only to be redirected to the G2C call center, where even they seemed unsure about what the issue was or how to fix it. This app has added more complications instead of simplifying things. Because of this malfunction, I was unable to open a bank account or purchase the GMC bond, both of which require the digital ID. It’s been a massive inconvenience, and honestly, quite disappointing. Really frustrated. Seems like Bhutan NDI is used pretty much for everything and our IT guys are keeping us locked out. This is supposed to be an essential government service, yet basic functionality doesn’t work at all. It honestly feels like the developers are just sitting around doing nothing while government funds are being wasted on an app that doesn’t work. Extremely frustrating experience.
