Cart is behind filters, making it almost impossible to get to. When you do get to the cart the continue button is unresponsive. Try to find some other way if at all possible ### 1/5 — All around hassle *2025-04-25* You have to create an account to then log into Ticket Master in-app. It’s a lot of account creation/login/setup just to get your ticket, and a bit of a hassle to setup and use as you are heading to the show. It would be nice to see Broadway in Boston move off of Ticket Master and onto a proprietary system, especially because Ticket Master makes tickets more expensive. ### 1/5 — The worst for exchanges *2025-02-01* If you are trying to make a ticket exchange, forget it. Super aggravating. Will allow you to pay for upgrade and downgrade your seat, but makes it impossible to do even exchange. money grab. Also clunky. Crashes all the time and just does not work. I have nothing to do with how the data is formatted!!! Stupid Ticketmaster! ### 1/5 — Tickets not turning up in the app *2024-06-29* I received tickets from a third party and it shows when I log in on Safari, but is not linked to the app. My upcoming events says (0) and that the data is not in the right format…. ### 1/5 — App no longer works *2024-06-20* Had been fine but since march it won’t update and says “data not in the right format”. ### 1/5 — Log in fails every time *2024-05-31* App will not allow me to log in ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work & not user friendly *2021-11-09* So I’ve just spent an hour trying to download my tickets, first it is sort of a poorly designed app and finding the right place is difficult and then when I finally was able to see the ticket, I click on “add to my Wallet “ it doesn’t do it and instead gives me a screen full of thousands of random characters. So I jumped through all the hops to get back to the screen again and try to add the other ticket, same thing and still no tickets in my wallet. Thanks! ### 4/5 — Not straight forward, but worked! *2022-10-18* I just downloaded this app and had to complete a few extra steps to get my tickets to show up. These tickets were being transferred to me, purchased through a different person and I needed to receive them. 1. I had to log into Ticketmaster online and reset my password so that I could log on to Ticketmaster in this app! I haven’t used Ticketmaster in a while, and I couldn’t recall my password. 2. I needed to log on to go to the email that the tickets were transferred from, click the “Accept Tickets” button, accept the tickets on the computer and then go back to my phone’s BIB app and refresh the ticket section! 3. The refresh showed the two tickets, and I was easily able to add them to my apple wallet! I checked apple wallet and they are there. In the future I wonder if I will need to do this the same way-I also bought tickets for January so I will see. Hopefully next time I can do it all from the app. ### 3/5 — App doesn’t add tickets to Apple wallet *2022-04-11* Seen similar Review a few times. BIB app shows tickets for season members but will not allow them to be added to the Apple wallet. I Have to use Safari via the Broadway in Boston link to get them.
