Keep asking to reinstall when there is problem. And the problem is not user problem but more of app problem. Thought having biometric sign in and all would make it convenient but it seems not. Hopefully they will fix the problems on not having to reinstall when service is not available and etc ### 2/5 — Sluggish after 18.6.2 *2025-09-08* Apps lost the biometric login, and required deleting and redownloading to get it working again. Then steps taken to reenrol biometric. Did not save that setting and login in again required manual input. My access to internet is not so good so when I login it most often comes out with incorrect login after the Face ID. And I can’t enter the information manually. The only workaround is to delete and redownload the app. That’s only the login part. Inside the app you can’t save information for people you frequently transfer money to. It also doesn’t show full account number inside the app. How else am I supposed to know my account number. What a hassle. The app is great because it allows me to manage my finances e.g. transfer funds and make payments online and this for a blind user like myself is very liberating. Unfortunately, the latest version prevents voiceover from reading out the "select account" section when attempting to pay or transfer funds from one account to another. Could someone please take a look at this issue as it makes it extremely difficult for me to perform my online transactions.
