Signed up with my phone number, but now the only way to sign in is with an email. I only have one phone number…needs fixed ASAP!

I can never apply my deals through the app. Everytime I try to apply one it says “done” then it doesn’t apply so I have to go in and order and take the extra time. Very annoying.

Absolutely love Bibibop, but this app is a sorry excuse for mobile ordering. Cart checkout is constantly a hassle, and the most annoying thing is that it constantly tells me my card was not approved even though it was just used on a previous order. I’ve tried different cards and they always work the first time, never the second time. Awful experience.

Since the update I haven’t been able to sign in. The only option is through email but I signed up using my phone number. It just keeps prompting me to create a new account. I can only use my points in person when they type my phone number in at the register. Please fix this. The app was great before. Do better.

I’ve tried several times to preorder using the app, and fail every time. What? It’s always something different. This time, it somehow reinstalled an old CC number I no longer have, and won’t let me add a new one. Which means that I’m short on time and will have to go somewhere else because preordering is not going to work.

This app is a headache. Every time I build a bowl, I get an error that I have to choose between base options despite choosing 2 allowed options (including only choosing 1 option). Tried every combination & still can’t checkout. Got a birthday reward. Followed the guidelines & still get an error that it can’t be applied. Issues using gift cards. It never ends. Not worth it & I just choose another restaurant. YOU’RE LOSING BUSINESS BC THE APP IS TOO BUGGY!
