It’s making it unusable as I can’t trust it. It used to also record video when a sound was heard and this seems to have stopped. You can’t switch it off without stopping the stream entirely which cuts off video and removes the activity log. What about parents in smaller homes who just want to visually monitor their child but don’t need double audio? Went to use the app today and a “warning” popped up (actually a scam ad) saying “your account has been hacked for visiting adult websites, click the link to re download app”. Disgusting that the developers allow this on their app. Makes it impossible to trust that your connection is secure and that video of your child cannot be accessed by third parties. Update they emailed me back shortly after I submitted the review. Promised I’ve received a full refund which I have for part of my subscription and also promised 3 free months. Have yet to receive this. I’ve been in constant communication with them but it seems as if they just don’t care.
