That was our fault, not yours. It now says plainly that no ad was available, and offers the Shop instead. • The pause between levels sometimes didn't appear — including after a level that earned you a sticker, which skipped it entirely. • Ads now recover after a poor connection instead of staying dark for the rest of the session, and a reward ad is kept ready so Hint responds straight away. Nothing about the puzzles has changed. If you were mid-level, you still are. ### 1.2.1 — 2026-08-13 WHAT CHANGED IN 1.2.1 Bug-fix and quality release. No change to permissions, data collection, advertising, or in-app purchases. Nothing new is requested from the user. CRASH FIX — this is the reason for the release Enabling both reminder types could put the app into a loop: requesting notification permission raised a system dialog, which pushed the app out of the foreground; returning to the foreground re-armed the reminder, which requested permission again. The system bars flickered and the app eventually died. Permission is now requested ONLY in direct response to the user toggling a switch; every automatic path reads the existing grant without ever raising a dialog. DELETE ACCOUNT — stronger confirmation Account deletion previously sat behind a two-button alert. It now requires typing the word DELETE, and the dialog states plainly what is destroyed: sign-in identity, cloud-saved score, streak, coins and hints. It also states what survives (progress on the device) and that purchases can be recovered with Restore Purchases. The safe choice is the larger button; tapping outside the dialog cancels. NO NEW PERMISSIONS. Advertising remains non-personalised (requestNonPersonalizedAdsOnly), consistent with our "does not track" declaration.
