But, I think the creators pushed to get it started well before they were ready. The TikTok ads got me. And I’m not dissatisfied in choosing to purchase it. However, the Old Testament stops at Isaiah and new content hasn’t been added in quite awhile. The New Testament isn’t divided by books, but it is well organized. I worry they are making money and just gave up on their creation. I hate paying weekly only for new stuff NOT to be added weekly. While I enjoyed the app, I couldn’t justify the price, so I decided to cancel on the third day. As Apple user, canceling a subscription is fairly simple… NOT THIS TIME. The app did not show up under “Subscriptions”. I had the hardest time trying to find it. I figured that maybe I didn’t actually “subscribe” and after the 3rd day, I would just lose access. WRONG, I was charged over $40. After almost an hour and several brain breaks (I work full time and have 3 kids with busy schedules) I finally found out that there was an email sent (my Gmail not my Apple email) and it was under a different name, which is what made it hard to find. I then attempted to email customer service to request a refund and give some feedback on the non user friendly process of cancelling, only to have my email fail to send due to the company customer service email not existing. The whole situation took away from the decent app. So disappointed!
