I have accordance and Logos on my laptop and my phone.. I purchased cross refs and Refnav a while ago but never really used it.. And no info or guidance provided or even hinted at which tells me how to read what has ostensibly been downloaded. Nor does any instruction navigate me to where the work is to be opened. No files discussed. Nothing appears in my files app either so this rather leaves me sitting and staring. Really exciting research texts, though. I have purchased it on PC, android, and now iOS. While the app has some good features, synchronization has never worked for me on any platform. I have contacted the developer several times over the years, and while there have been updates to the software it has never been fixed. On android, I was able to work around this by using the back up and restore feature to manually transfer my Notes. But the iOS version does not have this feature. So if synchronization is not fixed, I will need to find a different app sadly. ### 2/5 — The app would be almost great, but.... *2018-10-15, version 5.6.1* ...the fact that I payed a lots of money for the PC version which is registered by mail, and I still have to buy the iOS version which isn’t cheap also, it’s simply unacceptable. There should be a way to unlock features based on e-mail address via discount code or by registration with the same mail address.
