I've always wanted to have a more rounded picture of historical events and how they all fit together. Now, could you PLEASE add a setting control so we can turn the sounds off? We really don't need sound to play and it does get a little wearisome. Over all, great game! Only reason for the 4 stars in that there are some events that are kind of random and difficult to place and you almost always get a strike for like “the Chinese dictionary has 40,000 characters” or when did this language become widespread. The Speed round one is also broken and the app crashes on the timer reaching 0 every time, other than that I think the game is awesome and is worth the download. ### 4/5 — Also on Google? *2017-06-26, version 1.3* I love this app! Want a game that is all Bible based KJV ### 4/5 — Brilliant idea! *2012-08-29, version 1.1* This idea of making a game out of comparing Biblical history with secular history is fantastic. The game is fun and even addicting. I think it could improve in a few areas though. First there's some typos, that's a simple fix. Second, in the full version of the game some of the historic events are completely arbitrary. For instance, "The chinese start using bones as forks" or "Trumpet playing competitions begin in Greece." I enjoy playing this game because it's informative and I'm increasing my knowledge of ancient history while having fun, but the arbitrary events like these, I really could care less about. Other features that might be helpful would be a high score board that is visible. So that users can keep track of the highest scores in each mode and maybe even enter their names in with their score. Maybe a mode that divides the cards between Bible History and secular history, so that a user can choose a "Bible only" mode or a "Secular History only" mode. Other than these simple problems, I love it! Also, I'm taking two church history classes right now in seminary and I think a Church History version of this game would be phenomenal! It would be such a great way to learn dates and order of events for the past 2000 years. Thanks for the app! It was $1.99 well spent. But for the most part it is a fun learning game. But I do like learning world history too. It's been a long time since I was taught this in school.
