## What is Bible Lock?

Put Scripture before your next scroll.

SelahFirst is a Bible app blocker that helps you pause distracting apps, read a verse for what your heart needs, and choose your next step with intention.

When you reach for social media, games, or another app you have selected, take a moment to notice how you feel. Find Scripture for peace, strength, love, patience, protection, or wisdom. Then choose to leave the app closed or continue intentionally.

HOW IT WORKS

• Choose the apps you want to pause.
• Check in with what you are feeling.
• Read a Bible verse connected to your current need.
• Take a quiet breath.
• Leave the distraction behind or continue intentionally.

SCRIPTURE FOR YOUR HEART

Feeling anxious, tired, lonely, angry, tempted, or unfocused? Find Bible verses and short reflections connected to what your heart needs in that moment.

MAKE SPACE BEFORE YOU SCROLL

Use Scripture Pause to interrupt automatic app opening and make room for a more thoughtful choice. Choose which apps to restrict and configure your unlock duration.

BUILD A DAILY BIBLE HABIT

Return to Scripture throughout your day. Follow your reading streaks, celebrate milestones, and track the distractions you chose to leave behind.

KEEP MEANINGFUL VERSES CLOSE

Bookmark Bible verses you want to revisit. Keep Scripture nearby with a Home Screen widget, and listen to Bible audio when available.

FAITH AT YOUR OWN PACE

A small pause can become a meaningful part of your day. SelahFirst helps you connect everyday phone habits with time in God's Word.

Pause before you scroll.
Make room for Scripture.
Choose what matters.
