### 5/5 — Learning

*2026-10-19*

I just started. First day and so excited. Making this easier for me.

### 1/5 — Paid only 🤷🏻‍♂️

*2026-10-10*

Paid only 🤷🏻‍♂️. Not great

### 1/5 — Subscription

*2026-10-08*

I had done the 3 day free trial and never got a notification saying that they were going to charge me. Id like my money back because I don’t want the year trial

**Developer response:** Hello, thank you for reaching out. We do send trial end reminders to help users keep track of upcoming charges, but we note in the app that you must have your notifications enabled.
Because Apple processes all iOS subscriptions and payments directly on their end, we aren't able to issue refunds ourselves.

### 1/5 — Ai content

*2026-10-04*

I was really excited about this app until the ai disclaimer. Immediately deleted. Not supporting anything to do with ai.

**Developer response:** Hello, thank you for sharing your feedback. We completely hear you and understand your concerns—we have since completely removed AI from the app besides Bible Chat. We’d love for you to give us another try.

### 4/5 — Came from tiktok

### 1/5 — Not free ☹️

*2026-07-19*

I first saw this app on TikTok and immediately went to download it. I was so excited because I’ve recently been trying to grow stronger in my faith and I figured this would be the perfect way to do so! When I created my account I saw that there was an unlimited version, which is fine, but I didn’t realize you could barely do anything without having unlimited. I wish this app would be free so that teens like me could grow closer to the Lord. Being saved is worth way more than any amount of money and I don’t think we should have to pay $50 per year just to have this app

**Developer response:** Hello, and thank you so much for reaching out! We'd love to help you with this directly. Could you send us an email at themodalcompany@gmail.com so we can look into it and make things right? We're happy to assist and look forward to hearing from you.

### 5/5 — Great!

*2026-07-19*

Helped me a lot ^^

### 1/5 — Uninstalling due to AI requirement

*2026-07-10*

Would be great until the new disclaimer about sending your journal to third party AI services. And you can no longer use it until you agree. I will be uninstalling for this reason. Ai is everywhere- it shouldn’t be in your bible or faith app. People need respite from this tech overwhelm, especially in their faith

**Developer response:** Hello,

Thank you for sharing your concerns, and we completely understand how important privacy and tech-free respite are when it comes to your faith. We want to reassure you that there is absolutely no AI involved in your journals, and your reflections remain completely private to you.

Blessings,
The Faith Mode Team.
