### 5/5 — Super Cool Bible App!

*2026-10-13*

You know what, I actually really like reading the Bible one caption at a time. It helps me to focus more deeply on what I’m reading. This app also has cool features that allows me to go at my reading pace, tracks how many words I’ve read, lets me pair up with friends to do plans together and customize my backgrounds, fonts, etc. And the price for all the features is super reasonable!! Love it.

### 5/5 — Neat Idea

*2026-09-25*

An interesting approach to reading the Bible. I’m at 5200 words read!

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.18 — 2026-10-31

• Inductive Bible & word studies have a clearer layout and easier navigation.

### 1.0.17 — 2026-10-27

• Read Together, full screen: see the whole race on your map and how many words it takes to catch your friends!
• A new Aa, with a Verse mode: read one verse at a time and swipe up for the next.
• Your reading, redesigned: today's goal and streak, a progress page with weekly and monthly charts, and My notes with search and filters.
• Fixes: reading no longer counts while you're out of the app, and translations stay loaded as you move between chapters.

### 1.0.16 — 2026-10-26

• Minor content updates

### 1.0.15 — 2026-10-23

Hey Bible Readers! Here is what's new:
- Scoreboard (was Daily words): today's top three on a podium, everyone's daily crowns, and this week's winners.
- Daily crowns: each day's top reader wins a crown, counted per group.
BUG FIXES
- Leaving a group you'd joined always failed ("Something went wrong"). Fixed.
- New users with a full iCloud saw "iCloud storage is full" before writing anything (the welcome letter was uploading). The welcome letter now stays on the phone.
- The words-read total on Your reading and Popular missed what you'd just read. It now sends your reading first, then fetches.
- Your runner's tag showed the character's name instead of "You" when you weren't in a group.

### 1.0.14 — 2026-10-22

• Pick your character: run as Samson, Ruth, Jonah, Esther, Zacchaeus, Moses and more, each with their own look and personality.
• The race map: every word you read moves your character along the road. Race the pacers on your own, or invite friends and race each other, today, this week or all time.
