The rest of the app is about Russellites (devotees of C.T. Russell) preaching to Jehovah's Witnesses trying to persuade them to distrust their organization and join with them in idolatry to C.T. The developer presents himself as someone “knowledgeable” about, or even a member of, Jehovah’s Witnesses. Nothing could be further from the truth (no pun intended). One can tell by the artwork that any info he references is outdated, as well as wording in the screenshots (“Shunning” and “Disfellowshipping”). Subtle apostasy, designed to sway the minds of those looking for info. ### 1/5 — Negative *2023-07-24, version 1.5* This app is not for building up. It is only for negativity and not for the joy of learning progressive Bible truths. ### 1/5 — Not from the faithful and discreet slave *2022-07-12* I think we should be very careful if we desire to use this app. The intent of this app is for us to look at our history and see the differences between what we believe today and how it is different from our Brother Charles Taze Russel. Some people treat him like he was the greasy man. And that what he taught is not the way we believe today. He wasn’t a god, he was just a man who searched for accurate knowledge of the Bible. He didn’t have all the understanding and knowledge of the scriptures. He just tried real hard to follow a pure way of worshiping Jehovah. It would be very sad if we believe that the past history of Jehovah’s people set a precedent for today. It would be contrary to what the scriptures say. It told us that the light would get brighter in the time of the end. That means Jehovah chooses the time to give us a better understanding of the scriptures. That he just reveal everything we we need to know at one time. He chooses to give us better understanding of the scriptures when it will affect and have bearing on what he wants his servants to know. PLEASE AVOID APPS LIKE THIS WHEN IT IS THE PURPOSE OF RUINING YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH JEHOVAH AND TO TAKE YOU AWAY FROM HIS CHOSEN PEOPLE. ### 1/5 — Observed *2019-03-22, version 1.3* The overview leaves me feeling that this is most likely an imposter, claiming to be for witnesses but in reality apostate, and not for genuine members of our congregations. Freemasonry at its finest. Those poor people who follow this cult don’t even realise because they’re too scared to research themselves. If they had the truth, they could easily defend it. The guys got the knights Templar on one of his apps..secondly well done, anything by JW.org is instantly 5* but if anything is not directly inline with it, it has to be apostate. The crazy is, if Charles Taze Russell, Judge Rutherford even Nathan Knorr we’re alive today they would be apostates as their teachings are so far from today’s is unreal (i know the light gets brighter) The governing body of JW are neither inspired or infallible (WT Nov 17) - but you still choose to follow man over the scriptures! Isaiah 2:22, Jer 17:5, Phil 3:3 etc - I’m no apostate btw, however the new definition for 2019 may well make me one as it’s (anyone who does not believe/think how we do) you no longer even have to speak against them. By yet another Ex Jay Doubleyou ### 5/5 — Excellent app *2016-12-25, version 1.2* Seems like a lot of bitter, angry and jealous Jehovah's Witnesses are giving this app ONE star. I think they are VERY embarrassed at seeing their real history for the very first time. I mean, I don't think none of them have ever did the same investigation that Jehovah and Jesus did for 3.5 years when he supposedly selected this religion as the only true religion in 1919. Have they read The Finished Mystery? Or any of Rutherford's books that were symbolic of the trumpet blasts in Revelation? I would say those were momentous books that none of JW's have ever read. I don't know why because those books helped fulfull bible prophecies, so why make them scarce? On the other hand, they should be proudly displayed and widely available. The reason these books are so scarce and rare is because when you read these old publications, you realize that the current understanding of how JW THINK of their history is really revisionist history. With so many "apostates" and apologists alike twisting the facts to support their own propaganda, you need to read the original documents to know what was REALLY said and taught back in the day. Much of the old literature is very scarce and difficult (and expensive) to acquire on your own. Some well-intentioned ones actually destroy old literature because it can be "embarrassing" and they don't want it to "fall into the wrong hands." But history is history, and to try to hide it or deny it is always a mistake. Far better to acknowledge earlier mistakes and "misunderstandings" and point out how the light has gotten so much brighter since. This material is an important part of our spiritual heritage and should be preserved, not suppressed. ### 5/5 — The truth *2015-08-03, version 1.2* This is the only organization teaching the truth but people don't take the time to study the bible with them instead they listen to the negative words others say about them and fall in to their lies. We have to remember the same happened with Jesus Christ when the religious leaders use to say that he was possessed by demons and that he was crazy.
