Doesn’t hold your place, keeps going back to the King James Version which makes no sense to me, then freezes up and won’t let me go back to the standard version. Not worth the $30 IMO ### 1/5 — Not working *2026-09-28* This app is not working. When I hit the play button, all it does is spin. I can’t get anything else to work and I cannot get in touch with the app developers because when I send a message from their website, the message never gets sent. I don’t know what else to do and I’ve already spent Money on this app for a year and now I’m just out $30. ### 1/5 — Scam app *2026-09-22* Update: I contact on line The Bible App and found out they did not create an iPhone app. They can be accessed through YouVersion not through an app. This site is a scam-ugh. “I am struggling to figure the way it works. I cannot get the audio to work. Maybe one out of 20 attempts will the audio Recap play. I have deleted and reinstalled. I’ve turned phone off and back on. I have a iPhone 16 pro. I feel I spent $39 to just be frustrated.” ### 2/5 — KJV only?! *2026-09-18, version 2.5.18* I wish I could use the ESV ### 2/5 — Not working *2026-09-18* I downloaded this app after it being so highly recommended. It was great for the first few days, and I loved checking off the calendar for my daily reading plan as I would read through sections of scripture. However, now that option has completely disappeared and I cannot find it again. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and nothing. Can someone please help? ### 3/5 — Video not working since day 2 *2026-09-16* I cannot get the video to load ever since day two of the purchase. I’m now on day 40 please help. ### 3/5 — Bible recap *2026-09-09, version 2.5.17* The recap portion of daily readings has quit loading. Unsure how to get it fixed ### 1/5 — Resource but challenging *2026-09-08, version 2.5.17* I am struggling to figure the way it works. I cannot get the audio to work. Maybe one out of 20 attempts will the audio Recap play. I have deleted and reinstalled. I’ve turned phone off and back on. I have a iPhone 16 pro. I feel I spent $39 to just be frustrated. ### 5/5 — Simple, easy to read *2026-09-04* Very simple and easy to read chronological Bible app. ### 1/5 — So sad *2026-09-02* This is my first day of using this Bible app and maybe I’m doing something wrong. I have done the Bible app three times with Tara Leigh through the U version app so I thought I would pay the annual fee and get all the additional perks. But now I cannot get the video at all. What am I doing wrong? ## Frequently asked questions about Bible Summary ### What does the Bible Recap app do?
