If there is a solution PLEASE LET ME KNOW! ### 2/5 — Bug fix needed for iPad *2026-02-17, version 1.0.5* I’ve been having issues with using the markup tool on iPad. It doesn’t work at all and the only thing that the app does is scroll every time I try to draw or underline. I’ve also tried contacting you guys and never got a response back. My only issues are that sometimes while I’m writing with my Apple Pencil Pro, my line skips and I have to go back and redraw some lines (I have a 2024 13” iPad Air) and then also when I use NIV, turning on the red letter formatting option in the settings doesn’t work. I tried KJV as well and it still didn’t work. It’s my favorite one I’ve found. However I cannot use it efficiently because even when I make backups it often won’t save the bottom half of my notes on a page. Even when I make a backup. And it’s not time related because it isn’t the most recent things I wrote that delete, it’s literally just the bottom half of the page that will show up blank. Missing verses, sections missing, etc and I’ve sent two messages and never heard back. Now it seems to have reset and all of my notes are gone and I had to make a new Bible tile. What’s the point of drawing, highlighting, making notes if this happens? ### 1/5 — Not saving *2026-04-12* I was really enjoying this app, but what I notice is when I begin writing on the bottom half of the notes, it doesn’t save. I even asked ChatGPT how to resolve this problem and it said to click out of the Bible Tiles so it can have time to save it, but it still doesn’t save it. It only saves the top half this is so frustrating. I love the design and I love the idea and I’ve been wanting something like this forever. You guys have to figure out how to fix this. But the app does not save as you go. If you go to a different page or accidentally went to a different app and come back. You lose everything that you worked on. This is a waste of my time I spent about an hour doing something in an accident went to a different page and when I came back, I lost it. All the concept is really great, but I cannot use this. I hope y’all fix this problem. I would love to be able to purchase this and actually use it. But at this point, I cannot use it. I decided to look at the App Store again and came across this app. “Bible Tiles” has no in app purchases, gives you access to more Bible versions, and has more settings and ways to customize your Bible and notes. Thank you to the creator/ creators of this app. It is very well designed and I am thankful for no extra charges. And abt the thing where it deletes your styff, it does do that, but you can just backup your styff right after you do it. Then you have a backup and it’s less likely to delete the bottom half! Yay!
