Keep the verse that met you today on your lock screen. Turn a year of entries and their verses into a Year book. A verse read in the morning is usually gone by noon. BibleDiary sets it on a wallpaper for your lock screen, so you read it again every time you pick up your phone. Write a line when you want to, and by the end of the year those days are already laid out as a book. ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN The Lock Screen image includes the verse; the Home Screen uses the same picture without text. On iPhone, finish setup in iOS's system wallpaper flow. Choose the daily verse, one of your saved verses, or a fixed verse; use a photograph or illustration (a selection is free) or your own photo. Long verses fit at a readable size. Chinese and Latin-script verses are laid out for their scripts. TODAY'S VERSE The whole verse arrives as a notification at the time you choose, so you can read it without opening the app. There are 23 themes, such as peace, worry, courage and hope: follow one a verse a day and move on to the next when it ends, or take a different theme every day. The library also holds 340 hand-picked verses in 7 themes. It all happens on your phone, offline. WRITE WHEN YOU WANT TO One line is a whole entry, no title needed, written under the verse you started from. Add photos or a voice recording; photos have their GPS and camera data removed before they are stored. Looking back, each month is a row of small wallpapers: the day's verse on the day's picture. PRAYER Keep a prayer request with a verse, mark days you prayed and add follow-up notes. Requests are encrypted on your device and excluded from cloud sync. The home-screen widget is off by default; when enabled, request titles stay hidden unless you choose to show them. Journal Lock hides prayer content from the widget. YEAR BOOK A year of your entries, the verse each one goes with, your photos and, if you like, your saved verses, laid out as an A5 book and exported as a PDF. Make it for the whole year, one month, or any dates you pick. Preview the first 6 pages for free; Plus exports the whole book. In English, verses come from the KJV; your own entries print as you wrote them. READ THE BIBLE The Chinese Union Version (Shen edition), KJV, Reina-Valera 1909 and Bíblia Livre (BLIVRE) are built in for offline reading. Search the full text and read in airplane mode. 8 reading plans (the whole Bible, the New Testament, the Gospels, Psalms, Proverbs, Genesis, John and Acts), or set your own chapters per day. Progress counts passages, so missing a day breaks nothing. BibleDiary's interface is available in English, Traditional Chinese, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. ONLY YOU CAN READ IT Entries are encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM, with the key in the iOS Keychain. Turn on the journal lock to open it with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. Cloud backup is optional and encrypted on your phone before upload, so our servers only hold ciphertext. You can permanently delete your account and cloud data inside the app. No ads, no third-party tracking. BIBLEDIARY PLUS A one-time purchase of US$2.99. No subscription, nothing renews. It unlocks: - Exporting the whole Year book as a PDF (the first 6 pages are free to preview) - Every wallpaper photograph and illustration (your own photo is always free) Everything else is free. On a new phone, tap Restore purchases with the same Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
