## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Pushes christianity

*2024-01-15*

Starts with Matthew not my religion!

**Developer response:** Hello Yodden. Yes, this app contains all the books of the Hebrew Bible and New Testament, which are the holy books for those who follow Jesus. Matthew is the default book opened when the App is first downloaded; however, you can easily choose to ready any book of the Bible once BibleStack is opened.

### 2/5 — Needs a tutorial or help page

*2023-03-21*

There is a one time tutorial, after that, if you don’t remember all of the amazing things that this app does then you are out of luck. I want to give this app 5 stars because it deserves it but with all of these wonderful capabilities, if you forget then you are just stuck with plain text. There is way too much work put into this app for its capabilities to be forgotten for lack of a help page or a tutorial that you can see at any time. Will update to 5 stars when this is fixed. Thank you for this amazing app!

Edit: App info and setting (where you can view the tutorial) is all the way at the bottom after the book of Revelation. It should be at the beginning….

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you found the "App Info and Settings" page. Moving it to an easier to find location will be implemented in the update currently underway. Please provide some additional feedback by taking our survey on our website:

### 5/5 — 5 ⭐️s in five minutes

*2024-10-15*

I have been on this app all of five minutes and 🤯 …That is me. Years into following Christ I started to grow intense curiosity for the original language and all its in-depth definitions for their words. It opens up God’s word so much more in transparency of what He is communicating to us! Absolutely insane. So I started to look for an app to help me do this more efficiently and faster than Google does. This. App. Is incredible! Simple and quick to use. Super user friendly and it’s simple in the sense that that just translate. No more no less and that’s exactly what I want when a scripture catches my heart that j want to look into more deeply. I’m telling everyone about this app! Try it out, y’all!

### 5/5 — Simple and elegant.

*2024-03-21*

A wonderful, simple app to view the original languages of the Hebrew Bible and New Testament. Download now!

### 5/5 — Clean & Insightful

*2022-12-12*

I’ve been looking for a simple Bible app that shows & defines the original language like this for a long time. The interface is really easy to use and I love the minimalism of it. If there was a way to have incorporate more detail on the etymology (like you can find on blueletterbible.com) that would put this app over the top.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your review. I'm glad you enjoy the refined design of how BibleStack displays the original versions. Please submit a review on our website (https://biblestack.raisely.com/) to give more feedback on the features you would like to see on a future version of the app.
