It’s faster than using one’s thumbs to type in the note. The day and dark mode should is manual and not automatic. I also didn’t see a way of copying and pasting text. If I want to share a verse or verses with others, I can’t do it unless I type it all myself. That in itself is a deal breaker for me as I often like to send a verse to family and friends that relates to a problem they are facing. I can think of a few other things, but I am going to focus on the biggest issue. This review is about the Spanish version, but I am sure it also applies to the English version. According to their site, their Bible version corrects and adds missing text from other Bible versions. That is nice and all, but the problem that I and I am sure many people have with this version is that it is hard to understand. When people can’t understand what they are reading it discourages them from reading. Which defeats the purpose. I tried using this version but I found myself referring to other versions of the Bible to understand what I was reading in this version. Some words are not used nowadays and some sentences do not quite make sense. So I stopped using it. I’m just going to keep using the other versions I can understand better. Yeah there might be some text missing, but hey, that’s life. Until this people come up with a more modern version that includes the text they say other Bible versions are missing, I think that many people will be put off by this version and will end up going back to other versions. Most likely I will end up deleting this app. Additionally, all the other features are very expensive. You could end up paying A LOT of money to download or access all the other add ons, like maps, dictionary, commentaries, etc. many people in developing countries barely have enough money to feed themselves and their families, much less to be standing it in things they can get in other apps or online for less or for free. Yeah, it may have text missing, but again, that is life. Money and Jesus’ ministry have never missed well. I rated it one star but I gave it one more star for effort. ### 1/5 — Froze *2025-02-15, version 9.2* Loved this Bible app until recently, it stopped working at all. I deleted the app and also changed phones and when I downloaded the app again to give it another chance, it was frozen still, i can’t do nothing. La Interfaz no es mala pero puede ser mejor, más intuitiva, útil y agradable... Por ejemplo mejorar la presentación de los libros y capítulos, separando los del antiguo y el nuevo testamento e incluyendo un buscador de libros y también un selector de versículos al seleccionar el capítulo. 2. Compré la función de referencias cruzadas y falla mucho la verdad, a veces por más que toque un versículo, no funciona. Les recomiendo ver otras apps de la biblia e intentar inspirarse un poco más en la organización y presentación de las pestañas, por ejemplo como la app YouVersión... 3. Creo que es un error el hecho de que los versículos marcados, solo aparezcan cuando estás en la versión en la que lo marcaste, debería aparecer siempre o incluso un paralelo entre las versiones que elijas. En fin, he querido comprar la reina valera con strong que ofrecen, pero ante la pobre interfaz los errores mencionados (que fueron solo algunos), me termino de motivando...
