But the app, it’s been hit or miss over the years and is currently more of a miss. It crashes on my iPad Mini whenever I try to go to text view for an article and is just generally sluggish. Again, the content of the magazine is great! The app needs some work. ### 5/5 — What’s all the 1 star hubbub about? *2025-01-12* Good content, decent app. The app isn’t spectacular but functional and it is accessible with articles in both original magazine format and mobile optimized format. After zooming in, if you try to scroll to another part of the page, it zooms back out. Everything is jerky and slow, even on a current iPad Pro. Does not load, can’t zoom to read, or even go to the next page. nor is printing and option. Save your money….avoid. ### 1/5 — Not able to update password *2022-12-04* I do not recommend this app, and that does not concern its contents. The problem is that the app settings give you no way of updating or resetting your password, if you forget it. Since I forgot my password to access the app, it has been nearly two years since I am not able to read the magazine. The website does not help either. This is the only app that does not allow you to reset a password when it is forgotten. I will let the subscription run out and will not renew it. I have been wasting my money. ### 1/5 — Cannot find Downloaded magazines *2021-10-23* So I finally subscribed to the digital subscription. I love the archive section and being able to view any magazines at a click of a button. Unfortunately when I click on the downward arrow to download the article, the article clearly showing the download process but can’t seen to find it anywhere on my iPad Pro. After contacting Apple support they suggested to reach out the developer and resolve the issue directly with them.
