## What is BiblioCon 2024?

Die 112.BiblioCon findet im CCH – Congress Center Hamburg statt. Zwölf Jahre ist es her und wir erinnern uns gut an die warmen Sonnenpausen in „Planten und Blomen“ beim 101. Bibliothekartag.
Schaut man in die Konferenzveröffentlichungen, so standen 2012 als Themen das Forschungsdatenmanagement, Open Access, Metadaten und Informationskompetenz an vorderster Stelle.
Die veranstaltenden Verbände sind gespannt, welche Themen 2024 im Zentrum stehen werden: KI und Fachkräftemangel oder erneut Forschungsdatenmanagement und Open Access?
Die BiblioCon ist eine Veranstaltung, bei der Fortbildung, Austausch und gemeinsames Ausprobieren Hand in Hand gehen und Bibliothekar:innen und Informationsprofessionals immer wieder zeigen, dass eine gut vernetzte Community für die Sichtbarkeit und Wirksamkeit der Einrichtungen unverzichtbar ist.
Wir freuen uns auf Hamburg, auf spannende Themen, auf neue Produkte der Firmen, auf die Diskussionen und nicht zuletzt auf die Gastfreundschaft der Hamburger:innen.
