And guess what? Can’t register, they’re “unable to process my request at the moment” ### 1/5 — Cannot open app *2019-02-10* When downloaded the app the push notification statement shows but I can’t accept as it won’t let me scroll down to the accept button. Additionally, it constantly logs me out and doesn’t allow me to log back in. It doesn’t ever send a reset password email so I’m forever locked out. If you can log into the web portal it’s better and you can see your rewards which don’t show in the app. But I am locked out and there appears to be no help to resolve this either online or in Bicester Village. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t update points accurately *2024-11-10* I shopped at Bicester village earlier this year and it hasn’t updated the points from my previous visit.
