Just have to be aware of the parking rules and the time limit. ### 1/5 — Do Not Rent! *2025-12-31, version 2.0.4* The app does not work! Bikes won’t end or start rental but they collect money first and refuse to refund. It runs on 5g only so if you are international you will have 3g or less it will not work. ### 1/5 — didn’t work and slow *2025-12-31, version 2.0.4* super slow app and didn’t let me end the session. scam. ### 1/5 — Did not work *2025-12-31, version 2.0.4* App was super buggy and let me spend my money but did not let my ride the bike. I tried multiple bikes and it would not unlock the bike. Horrible app do not use ### 1/5 — This company will scam you beware *2025-04-01* If you do decide to use this company and their bikes, make sure that you are parking in the designated spots they have for the bikes. I made one mistake thinking that I was in the right spot and they charged me 500 pesos as a fee when one minute later, I had moved the bike to the correct spot. I didn’t realize I was in the wrong spot. That fee is more expensive than their annual membership. There was no warning, and there was no mercy from their representatives. This is just another company in Mexico that will try to scam you any chance they get. Unfortunately, they do not care about their customer satisfaction. ### 1/5 — Scammers *2025-03-25, version 2.0.4* They charged me multiple times for being parked outside of zone, but I was always inside of it. No Apple Pay, you add credit card, and can’t delete it, they gonna keep your data forever. Their bike’s are horrible and their customer service even worse. They often charge me fees and penalties because their app fails to work correctly and incorrectly reports the wrong usage. If you want to be hassled instead of having a good, reliable form of transportation feel free to use their app. Otherwise - be careful. They will overcharge you every opportunity they get and will never reverse a charge that THEY made by mistake. ### 1/5 — Incorrect charges and slow response *2025-02-13* I got the app, took one successful ride, then, on my second ride, the bike wouldn’t register as locked. I contacted support immediately and was told to refresh the app. I refreshed the app, deleted and re-installed the app, and the bike ride still did not terminate, even though the bike was safely returned and locked. The bike ride terminated nearly 12 hours later, incurring a 570 pesos charge on my account (I had paid for a year membership). I continued my contact with a representative through WhatsApp, who said they submitted a report. That was Saturday.
