But the truth must be heard. The account was restricted for no apparent reason. Attempts to find out why ended in the account being completely blocked. Support responds with a template, referring to “risk control,” but does not explain what exactly caused the restriction and what actions need to be taken to remove it. As a result, the user is left without access to functions and without a clear understanding of the situation. This is critical for a financial application.
