Communication is clear, everything runs on time, and as a seller, I got paid quickly. The no-reserve format keeps things exciting and fair for everyone. Easy to use app. Make sure to note the items you buy or keep pictures for reference, if it’s a lot of items. I had ended up missing one thing from my purchase. I noticed late after i got home and didn’t bother to bring it up, if I had complained about it I wouldn’t have believed me either if someone left then came back to complain about missing items. Besides that, they have great staff very friendly people working here.
