The Bham store is outright crooked. They hide damages in pictures, misrepresent in the description. Bid against their customers. Opelika location is run more like a legitimate business.

I usually pickup 2-3 invoices at a time and have a lot of items. I cant tell you how many times they conveniently forgot to bring me all my items. You REALLY have to watch them closely.  And its usually the more expensive items that are missing.

Birmingham location : They misrepresent condition of items.  If it says not tested that means it doesn’t work and they know it. They bid against their customers to drive price up. Shady company through and through.
