Terrible to use app

We have just received an order. I ordered and was charged for salad and sauces.
The side of cheese and jalapeño melts just tasted like onion ring as if they had been fried together. They didn’t taste as nice as normal 
We order on a regular basis so very disappointing as this is not the usual standard.
