Before using the Bidel app, I used MoneyFirst. The process there was already very slow—it took around 20 days to complete a transaction. They also don’t provide a customer care number, only a chat option, which makes it hard to get timely help. After waiting so long, they suggested using their “faster” app, Bidel, for quicker transactions. Unfortunately, my experience has been just as bad. I topped up my wallet, but the funds were never credited. It’s now been over a week and the transaction is still pending. Again, there is no proper customer support—only chat, which isn’t very helpful. Overall, both apps have been disappointing. Please be cautious when using these kinds of platforms.
