They advertise on social media various promotions, but when I go to application, promotions that were marketed don’t exist. For example they market water for 10 aed, when I went to application it says 15 aed

Put everything that I needed in the cart and confirmed the order but it keeps showing an error about country code! 🤷🏻‍♀️ minimum order is 200, my order had reached above that limit but the order was still not going through. No idea what’s the problem

They had a great start and I used to love the app, products, prices and service. Unfortunately, Bidfood started sinking early this year with non-existent customer service (no one answers msgs or calls). Be cautious when receiving the order and check the expiry date. Often they sell products expiring within 2-3 months. Once I received a bad batch of burger patties (refrozen) and it took me a while to get it resolved (again poor customer service). Would love to to ship again but once quality and standards are restored.

I love Bidfood Home always reliable, customer focused, and offering premium products that make every meal simply delicious. I especially enjoy the Tanmiah range and Bridor their breads taste like they’re fresh from France, even when baked from frozen.
