## What is Bidsheet?

Bidsheet writes the estimate on site and the invoice when the job is done, from your phone, in a couple of minutes. No account. No monthly fee. Buy it once if you like it.

WHAT IT DOES
• Estimates and invoices with labor, material and other items, quantity, unit and rate
• Tax only on taxable items; labor and permits can be left out
• Flat discounts and deposits, with the balance due shown on the invoice
• Customer signs on your phone; the estimate is marked accepted and the signature prints on the PDF
• One tap turns an accepted estimate into an invoice
• Clean one-page PDF with your logo, license number, job name and terms
• Send through Messages, Mail, Files or any app on your phone
• Customers are saved automatically; your business details, tax rate and terms are set once

BUILT FOR SMALL TRADES
Fence, deck, landscaping, cleaning, handyman, painting, roofing, hauling, HVAC, plumbing, electrical. If you write estimates on a notepad or a text message today, Bidsheet is the step up without the software bill.

HOW IT'S PRICED
The free version creates three documents so you can send a real estimate before paying anything. Bidsheet Pro is a single purchase for unlimited documents. There is no subscription, no trial that turns into a charge, and no card required to try it.

YOURS
Your estimates, invoices and customers stay on your iPhone or iPad. No sign-in and no cloud account. The app only sends anonymous usage counts, never anything you type.

## Pricing and in-app purchases

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.0.3 — 2026-10-08

Small fixes and improvements.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-30

Clearer privacy wording inside the app: your documents stay on your device, and the only thing sent is anonymous usage counts.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-28

Small improvements. Bidsheet may now ask, once in a while after you send a document, whether you would rate it. It also sends anonymous counts of a few moments in the app (no personal data, nothing you type) so we can see what to improve. Details are in the privacy policy.

### 1.0.0 — 2026-09-23

No release notes.
