The app doesnt work, it has been over two years now.  Cant download pdfs or it crashes, cant change work hours. 

I have made multiple complaints about its functionality.    Seems like Bidtrack only wants your money and then doesnt bother to do anymore there after.

This app looks like it was designed by a child! Location of icons is haphazard and clunky to say the least. Please invest in quality app developers that can make the user experience pleasant! FYI, study CarTrack’s app!!!

Most incompetent company I ever had to deal with. Have been a customer for so many years. Only for them refusing to refund me after they deducted the debit order twice. Its been a struggle since 27 May. No feedback the customer has to call to whole time to follow up or nothing gets done. I have emailed so many times to no success. Not only am I very disappointed but I am fedup for them stealing my money and not giving it back. Seems like lawyer is the only way to go.

Real-time tracking information is a myth! I see my car’s position as it was yesterday evening. The app is totally useless!

App not functioning properly I had to re-install it now for the 3rd time, on executive package but do not have all the functions available.  It is useless, very disappointed

A badly put together app that just DOES NOT WORK. 
You are asked to enter cell No. and then onto registration and your account number then after putting your details in and clicking on the tick (not the cross) you get a banner white writing on black background say ‘Incorrect Details’
And that’s it.
Useless.

I’m struggling with realtime tracking of my car. Before writing this I checked, and it is giving me a location where my car was five days ago when I stopped at a traffic light.

Went for Executive so I could use the log book feature. SARS requirement is you need to state the nature of the trip - there is nowhere to add such a comment. Would be nice if they just had a website where you could do this.

So as a new user I have a few notes here.
- update the app to use the full screen hight. We are in 2019 and devices no longer have a small square view.
- if the user does not have access to a spesific section rather than allowing the user to click on it and then get a message saying no access just grey out or disable the button. 
- the app also feels very flat and outdated. Maybe some updates styles or look and feel will do wonders for the application.
