I love this game, but they need to update their bugs. I keep losing points for no reason as it idles and just stops the game.  So frustrating.

People just quit when they are losing and the game ends abruptly. Happens all the time. Online rankings are broken. The quitting alone always ruins any good game. It’s like quitting and booting people is a part of the app. Needs fixing.

I keep log of my cards after 100 hands I realized I was given inferior cards that simply do not add up in terms of coincidence. I’ve had runs with no 2’s 7-8 straight games and same time getting 80% of my cards between 2-10 always skipping a straight. 
Also everytime I seem to win the system freezes on me. It’s so frustrating to try and get my score above 1500.
In real life after 40 years I average a 60% win rate with humans, here I’m believe 20% and that is senseless. Too bad as this is the most confortable and only pusoy game I’ve seen that plays like life. They should really do a new one w better ai and cool graphics.

AI is rigged obviously lol. Just depending on the difficulty you choose, the bots will decide to spare you occasionally. Their pattern of play is seen from miles away, i.e. they will choose to play pairs and singles if you have great 5-card combinations, etc. Naturally, they play like hastily put together unhinged bots throwing aces and 2’s immediately, in order to disrupt your further play. They “know” what cards you have so don’t expect human-like behaviour playing the bots.

All of a sudden, when I join a game and anything goes wrong (the opponent leaves or some ‘internet connection fails’ and I lose competitive rating points. I was bordering 1700 and then after two games where the opponent leaves and one game where my wi-fi disconnects for a split second, I lose point and now I’m down to 1360 (roughly). This is unacceptable.

Great game, but from the first time I played it, very difficult to distinguish between the spade and clubs icons. My vision is not what it was but I still wish the creators could enlarge or modify these icons.

Ever since I updated my iPad to the new iOS 16, the app crashes and kicks me out after 5 seconds of playing it. Please fix the bugs in the app! I love this version of Big 2 more than the others in the App Store!

There is an ad for a golf game that comes up that can’t be closed. It’s one of those annoying ones that make you play the game for a bit. Yet even after I complete the gameplay it wants me to do, no buttons come up that allow me to close the game.

Used to be a fun game. Then I started losing random amount of points on ranked games for no reason. 

For example, I’d lose a round with 2 cards left and suddenly lose 9 points. How does that make any sense? Each card is 1 point unless you’re holding 10 cards. 

Another bug is sometimes you lose more points than you’re holding and opponents lose nothing. Please fix ranked gameplay.

There’s no ad free version why not??? Some ads can’t be closed, and you must close the app and restart and you lose your game FIX THIS BUG

It took longer to start one game than to actually play it. It kept crashing regardless of what mode you choose.

Have played enough iterations now with tracking.

When you play single player ranked against bots, hands are intentionally rigged to kick your rankings back down and keep you playing more.  It was beyond a statistical significance.

Game also bugs out and freezes for no reason about once every other game. You can wait it out and it sometimes comes back after about 2-3 minutes but if you exit out, it also kicks your rankings down. (I’m sure that wasn’t intentionally designed, but very annoying ofc.)

On 9 June 2022 , we can’t connect to Facebook stating that app is in development mode and ask for admin permission. Can’t this be fix ?

The app plays alright and while I can tolerate stupid (and often tasteless) ads, the app will often cut to an as screen you cannot leave. What a trash implementation. Zero stars.

I like the background is so simple but you add some voice background will be more attractive.

Instead of counting a flush with the higher card they go by suite instead.

Example a 2 diamond flush will be beaten by a 8 spade high flush.. because of suite... so stupid

**Developer response:** Game rules can be customized.  To go to the game rules page, click the clipboard icon on the main menu.  You can order flushes by their highest rank.  There are also many other rules you can customize.
