My only issue is that it signs me out at random times. It does the same to my girlfriend so I know I’m not the only one affected by this issue. ### 2/5 — Continuously sending alerts *2024-09-19* Getting spammed with duplicate notifications (up to 6 times in a row.) App and website provide no contact email to notify the developer about this. However the spam notifications about Big Bear resort offerings have forced me to disable notifications for the app altogether. I would love to be able to enable only critical notifications within the app. ### 4/5 — Major Feature Missing *2023-01-22* The app needs the ability to display the tracked runs on the map, not just give us a list of names. If you’re not super familiar with the resort, just tracking the names are not as helpful as seeing the tracks of the runs you made on the map, like some other apps do. Also, the interactive map isn’t accurate. Today a couple of runs were closed, but the app said they were open. This can actually be dangerous for beginners relying on the app to figure out where to go. ### 3/5 — Needs regular ipdating *2022-12-14* I like the app it looks nice and nice to have but it’s ridiculous that the weather and lift info is so often not updated for conditions, weather, lift info. A lot of other resorts even let you know if a lift is expected for the day. Please update regularly it’s not that difficult. Why even have these features if they’re neglected? ### 3/5 — Lost Map Tracking *2022-01-30* Good all around but they removed one of the best tracking features for no good reason! The tracking used to show a heat map of your runs so you could see your top speeds and average speed more accurately. Bring it back please! ### 2/5 — Worse than before *2022-01-16* Please bring back the animated play back of tracking. Web cam screen only works in portrait view which makes the picture very small. In older version we were able to view in landscape mode..currently the website provides quicker access to info. This one says nothing except for snow. You cannot easily view the mountain as before. Not sure why all ski resorts are doing this now. This was so helpful to see an actual full screen experience and not a thumbnail size. ### 1/5 — Web Cams *2021-12-11, version 6.1* They changed up the live cameras this year on the new app (it’s no longer on presets, so people control it randomly, image size reduced, etc) & now can’t really see the conditions ### 1/5 — Big Bear *2021-03-14, version 5.35* Very disorganized parking arrangement. I had prepaid $20 for parking and had to drive more than 1 hour in traffic around the resort to park at Fire station parking lot that didn’t even require any fees. I’ve ski’d from Canada to Colorado since 1966, and for a So Cal Ski Resort, this is the destination. Oh ... the Grooming. Just Watch Rooster Fly !
