I really wanted to like this app, but the customer service and inventory management ruined the experience. After placing an order, there’s always a change, i.e items suddenly become unavailable.

Customer service calls with all my information on hand, yet the staff struggle to explain what’s going on or how the issue will be resolved in basic English.

Surprisingly, the delivery guys are much clearer and easier to understand than CS.

Unfortunately, this ongoing issue has pushed me to stop using BigC.
