Il manque aussi des options de livraison automatique comme Mondial Relay, ce serait vraiment plus pratique. One order comes in and the icon shows 2. When you go into the app and come out it corrects itself, but it’s confusing and would be good if it was fixed. ### 1/5 — PLEASE HELP! *2025-03-14* tonight I had an embarrassing and epic FAIL of a restock in my shop. I had a sale going live at 7pm and I went in and selected all my “hidden” items to change them to “active” at 7pm and the option to do so was BLANK!!!! I cannot tell you how frustrating it was to “show up” to big cartel restock only to not have the option to bulk “active” my items. WOW, embarrassing to have customers sending messages asking if they missed the sale….all the while, I’m frantically going through each item individually to change manually from “hidden” to “active”. This is NOT ok! How am I supposed to have restocks and launches at specific times and can’t change the status of an enormous amount of new items all at once??? Terrible and I am so furious this happened. PLEASE fix this! **Developer response:** We recently made changes to address slow load times and other performance issues. Sinceramente creo que no es difícil añadir dentro de España una pequeña opción de envío a las Islas Canarias y las Islas Baleares. Lo he pedido unas 3 veces y no lo arreglan. Customer service not interested in giving refund for what was paid for. Double notifications when order placed. No bulk edit. Now have to select order and then select print just to view the order. Used to just click the order. Update developed by a talentless developer with no consideration of the user. ### 3/5 — Cant put a qty anymore *2025-01-13, version 6.4.20* its not fair that we cant put QTY on our listings. its so stupid like why remove ???? . ### 3/5 — I love using this platform but… *2024-11-09* There’s multiple bugs for this app. I absolutely love big cartel, and I’ve been using it for 11 months now. I feel like it’s easy to navigate and it’s fair in its price point for the subscriptions, but there’s a ton of bugs. Especially when it comes to listing items. Often times it won’t take my images when I try to upload so I have to cancel or try again, but if you accidentally upload a copy of the same photo, there’s no way to delete it. You have to make a whole new listing to be able to delete an already uploaded photo. It constantly crashes when I’m trying to upload products, and if you overwhelm it too much it stars popping up a save message saying “you have changes waiting to be saved” after every small action you do. To get rid of that I have to completely close the app and open it back up. Also sometimes when you go to list a new item it just goes completely blank so I have to exit out of the newly created item and re open it just for it to load for me to add photos and fix things. Also it crashes often if you try to rearrange the order of the photos and when you upload the photos they often upload out of order so you have to switch them around almost every time. I personally haven’t had any issues with any other tabs it’s mostly just listing items, but it’s really frustrating when you have over 300 items to list and you have to close out the app after every item because it keeps messing up. If these issues were fixed, it’d be perfect honestly because I really do love this platform. Also I can’t use the website version because I don’t have a laptop or computer so I’m stuck with mobile until I can get one. ### 3/5 — Il y a des améliorations à faire *2024-11-06, version 6.4.19* Assez bien dans l’ensemble, mais je trouve ça fou qu’il y ait toujours pas de version française ou autre langue. Et je trouve aussi qu’il faudrait plus de possibilités de personnalisations. Et les réglages par rapport à la livraison sont vraiment mal expliquées (shipping profile etc) et très mal faites. If you have to work with it it is just to slow and it really disturbs me the workflow. It keeps logging out and the orders have to reload (somehow?) all the time, which takes to much time. My website was NEVER functional had it for a few days and now they don’t wanna give me my money back I’m sending ALL the transcripts and time stamps over to the better business bureau ### 1/5 — Bugged af *2026-06-02, version 6.8.1* Lagged screen , doesn’t load anything ### 1/5 — new layout prevents me from seeing important details about my orders!!! *2026-04-28* i’ve used this app for years and have loved it - BUT THE LAYOUT UPDATE HAS CAUSED ISSUES : on iphone , when i click on an order to view details i can no longer see the full details of which options were selected by the customer (in my listings i make use of multiple drop down selections). Only around 20 letters are visible which does NOT give me all the information i need to fulfill my orders. This section NEEDS to show the full details regardless of character length. overall the new layout is unnecessary and makes the app as a whole harder to use , or in some cases useless. You can’t even talk to anyone that knows how to fix anything in the chat they offer. It’s probably just bots. They increased the monthly charge by 50% and it crashes more and more with every update that claims to fix bugs. It’s only become more and more complicated and irritating to use the more they update. Looking for a new service. ### 1/5 — New layout for managing orders is horrible. *2025-08-21, version 6.5.16* The new interface after the update is really bad and illogical, what is with the need to constantly change and make things more convoluted? Do you change the key layout on a keyboard? On a cash register or calculator? No, so why do that to people running a business? You invest the time in learning how to use the interface just for them to change it. Thankfully I have an older version of the app on a tablet I use still but recently the ability to see what has shipped and what hasn’t was deleted. I was just trying it out to see how it worked by putting in a fake payment made and I went to try and delete and it won’t so when I try to calculate all payments received I have to keep reminding myself of the items not really sold.
