Доброго дня) Застосунок дуже чудовий, єдине чого не вистачає - збереження адреси, причому можливість зберегти хоча б дві. Я дуже часто замовляю доставку на різні адреси - чи то до дому, чи до офісу, і хотілося щоб можна було збергти «пресети» адрес, тому що кожен раз вводити вручну - набридло. І зробіть, будь ласка, чекбокс «нехай кур’єр набере», було б просто вау 😺

При входе в аккаунт не приходит смс с кодом, скорее всего связано с тем что на номере была смена оператора, такая проблема уже встречалась в других приложениях. Оставьте данные для связи с техподдержкой, что бы я мог войти в свой аккаунт

14.02.2020 сделал заказ на доставку с TerraMare через приложение Big Family. Заказ ни то что бы не привезли - даже никто не перезвонил.
15.02 утром в приложении пришло просто уведомление что заказ отменён.
На письменное обращение через форму обратной связи - тоже никакого ответа.
Ужасный сервис.
Являюсь посетителем заведений в Виннице TerraMare около 8 лет (может и больше), но такого дерьмового отношения ещё не было.
