This is a fun game, but I wish there were more rounds per match instead of just two. And I don’t really know why it’s timed and why the time is so short. The game has crashed several times and now they won’t give me my money back because I have had to many crash games, they are stealing my money. Also there game cheats, I played the same way my opponent did and the game played cards different making me lose but my opponent win. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY APPS AND GAMES. ### 1/5 — DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME OR ANY SKILLZ GAMES *2022-11-10, version 1.0.7* Do not play this game. I think it cheats and I think players cheat on it. I have played a almost perfect game and somehow my opponent crush me when supposedly we play the same cards. I have noticed it not just this game it is all their games. Don’t give away your money this game and all of skillz games are a rip off. Also they are thieves as they took over 800 dollars from my disabled mom because she won that on bingo and accused her of cheating. Since she has play she lost 4 fingers due to neuropathy and can’t play the same so they accused her of cheating. We are looking into a lawyer who will take the case or going to our attorney general. ### 1/5 — S C A M *2020-08-17, version 1.0.3* DO NOT PLAY ANY OF THIS STUDIO'S GAMES! I'm assuming that this, and all of Big Run Studio's other games are scams due to the case of Blackout Blitz, a game with ads that promise you'll win real money, ask for your credit card info once you download the game, and then take your money from you. Similar with this game, after easing you into a false sense of security by letting you play 2 (honestly fairly well designed) games of Hearts, they introduce the fact that there are tournaments I think where you can earn real money, but they ask for your credit card info. This is where I promptly deleted the game, remembering the reviews people left on Blackout Blitz. ### 1/5 — Really bad *2020-05-15, version 1.0.3* Whoever created this game has never played Hearts. ### 1/5 — Update was terrible *2020-05-07, version 1.0.3* Have to play several game because game always ends in a tie breaker. ### 1/5 — Worst AI ever, makes playing stupid. *2020-05-06* The update that came out a day or two ago messed with the ai programming terribly. They play illogically and terribly, often leading with high cards, taking tricks that they don’t need to be... I could throw the queen of spades out first spades trick and someone will take it even though they play a lower spade later. Almost like they’re always trying to shoot the moon, but not quite. I also much preferred the constant 3 matches. Not sure why the time limit changes across games either. A different Skillz game doesn’t start until the first player interaction with the game which I like, as I often put my device down while waiting for the matching to finish. ### 1/5 — TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE DATA THIEVES *2020-04-28* They refuse to delete your account and the information associated with it. Beware! They will steal your money, use misleading wording in their games, and will refuse to delete your account when you ask them to! Customer is the absolute worst and will give you the run around and play games with you! They will eventually stop responding to emails when you insist they delete your account!
